The partnership authorizes two new types of education management organizations. This organization will manage and market all business franchise models.

The NuAmerican Entrepreneurship Academy is a primary education and secondary career training institution. These joint venture partnerships authorizes two types of Education Management Organizations (EMOs), they are the Education Management Company (EMC) and the Training Management Company (TMC). Professional educators and specially trained business consultants are allowed to start TMCs and EMCs.

The Education Management Company (EMC) oversees the primary education school, while the Training Management Company (TMC) oversees the secondary career and business skills training center. These management services companies are owned and operated by certified education professionals, business consultants or developers.
