Overview
The USA Charter School Development Center is an Educational Management Service Providers. It offers the charter school industry a broad range of management and service options for both public and private  schools. Services offered by each management group can be placed under four general headings: 1) comprehensive management services 2) customized management services 3) selective management services or "made-to-order” and 4) franchise and/or model development services in mind that these categories are not set in stone, for example, some comprehensive management firms also offer customized or selective services, and are willing to negotiate varying service packages with prospective schools.

Education Management Service Options
The Universal Education Management Service is a private academic education and entrepreneurship curriculum testing and evaluation services for home-based school and early learning daycare centers and schools. This management service package allows a home schoolteachers and early learning daycare schools to use outside assistance in curriculum development, testing and student evaluation throughout the school year. The Universal Education Management Service recognizes three basic levels of education including elementary, middle and secondary school. These grade levels are used to send school students report cards and award them a diplomas for each grade level they complete.

Entrepreneurship Model Service Options
This primary education and secondary career training institution combines business and academic in a way that provide a real live environment for children that attend. Even through a business environment is maintained through out the early grades from K-8th business training don't enter the curriculum until the 8th grades.
